Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines for various marketing initiatives, including ad campaigns and website development. • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors to align project goals and deliverables. • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones by coordinating cross-functional teams. • Contribute marketing or technical expertise as needed to support the successful completion of projects. • Track project progress, address roadblocks, and analyze campaign performance to report key metrics and insights. • Maintain an organized repository of marketing materials, tools, and resources to support team efficiency. • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, guidelines, and campaign objectives. • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and overall project management efficiency. Experience
: 5+ years in project management within a marketing or creative environment. •
Skills
: Exceptional organizational skills, outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in project management tools such as Notion. Expertise in collaborative design tools like Figma, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing, team collaboration, and workflow optimization. Familiarity with analytics platforms and basic knowledge of web development is a plus. •

Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent professional experience •

: Experience in legal marketing, startup environments, or managing high-stakes projects. Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 yearly
