Base pay range
$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and generate demand for our products/services. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven leader who can develop and execute marketing strategies, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive leadership to drive growth and revenue.
Brand & Communications:
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, advertising, PR, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and partners to maximize brand exposure.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and company values.
Demand Generation & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline workflows and optimize campaigns.
- Track and analyze KPIs and ROI to improve performance and conversion rates.
Product & Customer Marketing:
- Work with product teams to create go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products/services.
- Develop targeted messaging and campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition.
- Ability to lead groups and be decisive.
- Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
- Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
- Proficient with analysis and design software.
- 5-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing, brand management, and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong background in content marketing, storytelling, and public relations.
