About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HCP Marketing lead for Dupixent Respiratory. The Director, HCP Marketing, Respiratory will focus on developing and executing innovative Marketing tactics to accelerate both our Asthma leadership and COPD launch. Demonstrated strategic agility and strong professional Marketing and/or Sales experience is required. This role will report to the US Head of HCP Marketing for Respiratory and will be a key member of the US Dupixent Respiratory Team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in specialty care and Respiratory, strategic marketing or Sales, and cross-functional leadership. This position will have direct interface with Sanofi leadership and Regeneron alliance partners as well as Market Development, Patient Experience, Market Research, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and Analytics, and agency teams.

Main Responsibilities: AI & Data-Driven HCP Marketing : Elevate HCP Marketing strategies leveraging AI and testing innovative strategies to help accelerate Dupixent growth in Respiratory Lead the COPD patient predictive modelling work working closely with Analytics and the Digital team Own the implementation of Turing for Respiratory including monitoring and driving improvements as we move towards more data-driven insights and action recommendation Lead the testing of RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) and other innovative solutions to drive earlier identification of bio-eligible patients
Core Marketing Strategy and Execution : Support both COPD and Asthma HCP leads in the development and execution of core marketing tactics including development with agency partners, approval through JRC review and roll out to Sales team. Health Systems : Contribute to the development of Health Systems solutions aiming at accelerating our COPD launch Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize marketing ROI and drive business growth. Analyze and report on performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales, medical affairs, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve shared objectives. Act as a sponsor and ally for inclusion and diversity in all elements of our business Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively support and promote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout the organization About You:
Experience Requirements:
6-8+ years' experience in product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies Proven success working in a cross-functional matrix and alliance partnership environment. Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with the regulatory review/approval process A comprehensive understanding of the key dynamics driving the US health care environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications:
