You will leverage Salesforce expertise, advanced analytics, and strategic insights to optimize our lead-to-close processes, enhance decision-making, build metrics, dashboards, and reports to inform and run the business. Provide actionable business recommendations through analyses and data storytelling. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Reporting Develop and maintain attribution models and funnel metrics to calculate velocity, conversions, track KPI's, pipeline health, win/loss rates, attribution, ARR/MRR, churn. Facilitate collaboration across the marketing team to improve efficiency, alignment, and execution of strategic initiatives. Analyze marketing performance, pipeline impact, and customer engagement trends to inform strategy. Identify scalable solutions to improve lead-to-close process. Execute ad hoc requests for data and reporting needs outside of available dashboards for Marketing and other cross-functional teams. Tech, Integration and Database Build, configure, and run Salesforce reports and dashboards. Be capable of creating salesforce formulas in reports and fields. Setup with Salesforce team integrations between marketing tech stacks and SFDC. Lead database governance and cleanliness projects to have trust in the data coming from multiple sources. Able to sift through multiple structured and unstructured data sets to create insights and identify trends. Process and Enablement Creating process documentation, end user manuals and training. Develop high-quality presentations, visuals, and written materials in an easily understood formats for technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive-level communications.
What You Bring
4+ years of experience in marketing, revenue, sales operations, strategy, consulting, finance, or a related field. General knowledge of sales and marketing data architecture. (Campaigns, Tactics, Email Metrics, MQL, SAL, SQL, SQO, ...) Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling) and Powerpoint presentations. Experience with Salesforce Experience in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data. Demonstratable hands on experience with popular data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient with presenting to cross-functional teams. Salary:
$88,000 - $115,000
