What you’ll be doing: Marketing & Brand Positioning:
The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have. Lead the implementation of marketing and COMEX initiatives tailored to India's specific customer perceptions and market pricing strategies. Ensure that all marketing activities resonate with local preferences and align with broader global strategies. Digital Brand Building: Build and enhance the premium positioning of the brand in the digital sphere in India through targeted and innovative online marketing campaigns and strong value propositions. Leverage digital channels effectively to engage the Indian audience. Sales & Trade Marketing: Drive sales growth and improve brand recognition across India through localized POS activities, trade marketing, and targeted campaigns designed to capture market share and support revenue generation. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate closely with product and sector teams in India to create tailored GTM strategies for the Indian market. Develop specific value propositions, marketing materials, and sales strategies that address the unique demands of India's diverse industries, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Ensure that all GTM efforts are designed to meet the regulatory, cultural, and operational needs of the Indian market, and align with local market dynamics such as construction standards, project timelines, and cost considerations. Product Management & New Product Launches: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for India, from ideation to launch and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet local market demands and comply with Indian regulatory requirements. Manage the New Product Lifecycle, ensuring timely product introduction, seamless market entry, and continuous improvements based on market feedback and performance metrics. Website Content & Lead Generation: Develop compelling content for the Indian version of Knauf.com and spearhead online campaigns aimed at increasing lead generation and customer engagement in India. Digital & Social Media Synergy: Drive the synergy of digital and social media activities in India by creating unified themes, promoting best practice sharing across local teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging that reflects the local market's nuances. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics to extract actionable insights about customer behavior and market trends in India, providing critical input for decision-making processes and optimizing marketing strategies. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage: MBA is preferred. Proven experience in marketing within the construction manufacturing or related industry. Expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and GTM strategy development. Experience in creating strategic, efficient business plans across all aspects of marketing (branding, product management, etc.). Strong background in building effective relationships across the business. Collaboration, creativity, and adaptability in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment. Fluency in English, both verbal and written. Willingness and ability to travel. Strong leadership skills, including setting direction, prioritizing, and achieving results. Ability to drive change across various stakeholders at all levels, with effective communication, influencing skills, and conflict management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Proven experience in implementing marketing strategies and managing projects across multiple countries.
