Our firm, based in Reading, is privately owned and specializes in marketing and sales. We have an ever-growing client portfolio and plan to establish 4 additional offices by the close of 2023. Each office will be managed by an individual who has risen through the ranks, starting in an entry-level marketing and sales position and completing our management training program. We have found that individuals with a sports background possess valuable qualities such as a strong work ethic, competitive nature, and the ability to succeed in various situations.
We offer entry-level positions that provide opportunities for quick progress to a marketing management position. These roles involve daily interaction with individuals. Our marketing and sales associates undergo cross-training in all aspects of business management.
Candidates who are selected for the position will gain experience in sales and marketing, campaign management, advertising, human resources, and team development.
