FASHION SALES SPECIALIST - MIAMI BEACH

Looking for candidates to work for a top tier fashion department store in Miami Beach.

Base Pay Range

$40,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Responsibilities:

1. As a Retail Associate, you will be accountable for creating and providing outstanding experiences with a high level of service that allow customers to have a luxury shopping experience.
2. Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals.
3. Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandise’s features and benefits to maximize the sales.
4. Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction, maintain and drive personal customer relationship management through clienteling and after sale customer engagement.
5. Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store.
6. Follow all store operational policies and procedures.
7. Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork and partnership with the store team.
8. Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
9. Follow store operating procedures to minimize store shrink.
10. Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards.
11. Support in the upkeeping of overall physical store maintenance and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
2. Good understanding of store operations and driving sales performance.
3. Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high traffic locations.
4. Strong time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
6. Excellent communication and social skills.
7. Bonus points for proficiency in another language.
8. Must be available to work during the holiday season.
