Sales Executive, Advanced TV Partnerships
serves as the agency leader focused on driving revenue in Spectrum Reach's expanding national addressable and programmatic CTV sector. In this role, you'll collaborate within a holding company pod and manage a dedicated list of agencies along with brand-direct responsibilities. Your primary objective will be to create and implement account and agency development plans that enhance revenue and increase market share by utilizing Spectrum Reach's comprehensive suite of advanced TV ad solutions. Key Responsibilities: Turbocharge programmatic and addressable TV revenue to meet both personal and team goals. Implement innovative sales strategies to foster revenue growth and align with the business objectives of the company and our clients. Actively pursue new business opportunities and cultivate existing partnerships. Design and oversee the strategy and go-to-market for Digital and multi-platform revenue within your agency/client focus. Assist teams in setting up and executing sold campaigns while acting as a liaison with Sales Support. Contribute to the creation of marketplace training to promote ongoing education and the introduction of new technologies. Encourage a high-energy sales culture that promotes success and enthusiasm. Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional partners to innovate and scale revenue-driving solutions. Maintain clear communication with executives and managers to ensure Sales Plans are executed effectively and revenue goals are achieved. Effectively communicate leadership directives. Proactively expand and sustain a network for potential business partnerships. Seek constructive feedback from internal stakeholders regarding our processes and performance. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience managing a national sales quota, with a proven ability to build customer partnerships and meet sales targets. Demonstrated success in establishing new client relationships with national media agencies. Extensive knowledge of data, analytics, and digital advertising technology, with experience integrating these into sales strategies. Prior experience in a revenue-generating role within programmatic CTV. Experience developing and managing a sales pipeline with media agencies and direct clients. Proficient in sales strategy development, planning, and revenue forecasting. Enthusiastic about the intersection of entertainment, technology, and data that presents new opportunities for Spectrum Reach and our clients. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to build influential relationships at all organizational levels. An entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to navigate a complex business landscape. Preferred Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in video media and advertising. The estimated base salary plus commission is approximately $240K annually.
