Details & Compensation

This role offers a base pay range of $90,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses, stock options, and other benefits.

Position Summary

Leverage your understanding of online and traditional marketing to develop strategic relationships, negotiate complex opportunities, and drive revenue with Fortune 500 clients. You will report to a Team Lead and use your 7+ years of experience in digital or omni performance advertising sales to contribute to Walmart Connect’s success.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and broaden high-level relationships with key marketing contacts.
2. Create and present needs-based solutions to RFPs.
3. Achieve and exceed sales quotas, contributing to team goals.
4. Manage account plans based on client objectives.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
6. Prospect and influence organizations to align with account plans.
7. Collaborate on measurement and insights to demonstrate impact.
8. Manage sales pipeline effectively.
9. Serve as an industry thought leader and deliver consultative sales presentations.
10. Exhibit executive presence when engaging with CEOs and CMOs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management experience.
• 7+ years in marketing, advertising, or digital sales.
• Experience managing client accounts and working with C-Level clients.
• Understanding of Walmart’s consumer base and operational rigor.

The salary range varies by location, with Hoboken offering $108,000.00-$216,000.00 and Bentonville $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes bonuses and stock options.

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant fields and 5+ years of experience in related sales or marketing roles. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and extensive experience working with C-suite clients.
