North America: Reporting to one of our offices We are seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong background in sales management and marketing. This role will lead and expand our efforts in product compliance services across North America. The role involves managing the sales team, developing business strategies, and identifying new growth opportunities to drive the company's continued success and expansion .
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business goals and drive growth. Oversee client outreach, track sales pipeline, and report progress. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally. Develop training programs, manage CRM, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in sales management. Proven success in B2B sales, business development, and P&L management. Experience with internationally recognized accreditation standards such as ISO 17025, ISO 17065, etc. Familiarity with industry-specific product standards and regulatory codes for North American and other markets Engineering credentials or background is preferred, but not required Strong communication skills and proficiency in office technology, such as, MS Office. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must Have: Strong leadership, team development, and relationship-building skills. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to seize business opportunities. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving both financial goals and strategic objectives.
