based in our New York City office. Come play a key role in connecting our renowned brand of natural baby skincare products with parents and caregivers worldwide! Position Summary: As Mustela US Brand Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of Mustela's marketing strategy in the US, driving brand awareness, market share growth, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing 360 integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, influence, content marketing, public relations, and retail partnerships. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a passion for building brands and a strong understanding of the US consumer landscape. This position reports to the Vice President Marketing, Mustela and Babo Botanicals. Job Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to): Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy, aligned with overall business objectives, including budget allocation and performance tracking. Maintain and strengthen Mustela's brand identity and positioning in the US market, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all touchpoints. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and inform marketing strategy development. Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including influencer marketing. Translate marketing objectives into paid advertising strategies to implement in partnership with the Digital & Ecomm team. Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that engages target audiences, builds brand authority, and drives traffic to Mustela's website and retail partners. Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach, influencer collaborations, and event participation. Identify and prioritize partnerships that align with Mustela's values. Collaborate with the sales Team to develop and execute retail marketing programs. Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI and efficient resource allocation. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and investments, providing regular reports to the VP of Marketing and to the Global Marketing team. Manage and mentor the Content and Influencer Marketing Manager. Qualifications: Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive Marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability is highly desired. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; the company is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role. Compensation & Benefits: Salary range of $115K-$140K based on job-specific knowledge, education, skills and depth of professional experience. Discretionary annual bonus. Hybrid work arrangement, currently 4 to 6 in-office days per month. Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance.
