and our sister restaurant
620-Jones.
You’ll be working closely with the Midway Culinary Director and the General Manager at 620 Jones. This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across both locations. Hours are flexible, but will require routinely visiting both locations to synchronize content creation and resources. We operate exciting, fun, creative and unique locations. Help us get the word out about the countless number of cool events and our vibrant venues. Roles and Responsibilities Playing a key role in brand awareness Lead the creation of cross-channel marketing initiatives and maintain a marketing calendar Creating and managing social media campaigns Managing content creators to produce assets Developing promotional materials Overseeing local and digital advertising Own newsletter and SMS outreach Leverage data and customer insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact Collaborate on and execute retail promotions Coordinating marketing events, and building partnerships with local businesses and influencers. Qualifications Marketing Strategy, Social Media Management, and Event Coordination skills Experience in managing advertising campaigns Content Creation and Copywriting skills Data Analysis and Reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry is a must Seniority level
