Essential Job Functions:Marketing and Fundraising Strategy:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with strategic goals for The Osborn and OHC. Collaborate closely with sales and executive teams to drive occupancy and brand recognition across our continuum of care.Foundation Leadership:
Oversee strategic planning and implementation for The Osborn Foundation, ensuring effective fund development efforts including planned giving, annual events, and major donor relationships.Positioning and Market Research:
Advise senior management on marketing strategies to maintain leadership in senior living and home care markets. Conduct market research and feasibility studies to inform strategic decisions and enhance consumer engagement.Communications and Public Relations:
Manage all aspects of marketing communications, including digital platforms, print materials, and public relations initiatives. Foster positive relationships with media outlets, donors, residents, and community stakeholders.Community Relations:
Develop and implement community relations strategies and events. Represent The Osborn in industry forums and serve on community boards to enhance visibility and support.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven senior leadership experience in marketing and fund development, ideally within senior living or healthcare sectors.Strong strategic planning and budget management skills with a track record of achieving fundraising targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.Why Join Us:
