The Growth Marketing Manager serves as the journey lead responsible for driving the innovation and prioritization of Taco Bell’s Loyalty Strategy to achieve defined business and customer outcomes. With this role, the opportunities are endless: Work collaboratively across marketing, operations, technology, and Yum! Brands to identify feasible, viable, and desirable product opportunities and develop a roadmap aligned with business needs. The Growth Marketing Manager will have an eye for detail and the ability to spot opportunities and synergies across products/projects as necessary.
The Loyalty Squads’ will be tasked with driving penetration of new customers to Taco Bell, converting digital customers into loyalty members, and deepening the brand’s engagement with customers. The squad will embark on the process of agile testing and learn to quickly capture value from high-impact, high-feasibility efforts, using insights from customer analytics to determine how to create engaging experiences and offers across the customer lifecycle.The Day-to-DayDevelop test and learn scenarios to continue to innovate and accelerate loyalty program acquisition and retention via a roadmap aligned with business needs and technical capabilities leveraging customer and team member data and feedback to inform test ideation and design.Drive loyalty customer strategy, program optimization and efficiencies across the customer journey/customer lifecycle. Ability to impact both acquisition and retention and customer acceleration stages.Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted campaigns and backlog tests by using integrated paid media channels to grow new user acquisition, customer recovery, reduce churned customers and engagement, and retention.Lead product discovery, understanding problems to solve, and defining new capabilities to add to the product backlog to deliver against squad OKRs through agile methodology.Manage and refine the prioritized backlog and drive cross-functional prioritizations based on strategic business impact across digital and non-digital channels.Partner with Senior leader to align on wins and high impacts test for each spirit and ensure healthy pipeline of test ideas.Manage stakeholder collaboration and communications; Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure that projects align with evolving organizational standards for architecture, security, and portfolio standards/methodologies.Work closely with solution architects and development teams to understand the technology enablers/constraints for new test ideas and product features to ensure teams have the necessary requirements to execute on-time delivery; finalize product requirements to include business and technical goals and constraints.Is This You?Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, customer acquisition lead or similarly related digital marketing roles.Must have experience building and executing a strategic roadmap of capabilities and related initiatives in areas of responsibility; specific experience with growth marketing, acquisition marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM and/or subscription-based marketing or marketing in a DTC environment.Proficiency with agile methodologies/scrum ceremonies is preferred.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations to solve problems, using structured methodologies (customer journey mapping, design thinking, business process design, A/B testing).Proven ability to lead a combination of direct and virtual team members in a collaborative environment with demonstrated ability to manage vendors and build strategic partnerships.Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder communications and involvement as well as run product team meetings.Work-Hard, Play-HardHybrid work schedule and year-round flex day Friday.Onsite childcare through Bright Horizons.Onsite dining center and game room (yes, there is a Taco Bell inside the building).Onsite dry cleaning, laundry services, carwash.Onsite gym with fitness classes and personal trainer sessions.Up to 4 weeks of vacation per year plus holidays and time off for volunteering.Tuition reimbursement and education benefits.Generous parental leave for all new parents and adoption assistance program.401(k) with a 6% matching contribution from Yum!
