Our client, a prominent financial technology solutions provider, is seeking a Customer Marketing Campaign Manager to drive growth, manage campaigns, and . This contract to hire offers the potential for full-time hire, though conversion is not guaranteed. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and personalized messaging to optimize customer engagement and maximize lifetime value. Lead customer marketing campaigns focused on revenue growth, retention, and expansion. Utilize Pardot and other marketing automation platforms to execute and optimize campaigns. Develop and manage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, ensuring targeted outreach and cross-channel orchestration. Plan and execute webinars and virtual events using ON24, managing content, promotion, and follow-ups. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, specializing in customer marketing and campaign management. ~ Proficient in Pardot and marketing automation tools, with hands-on experience in campaign execution. ~ Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), including targeting, messaging, and strategy implementation. ~ Experience in webinar and virtual event management, from planning to execution. ~ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to measure success and optimize performance. ~ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
