Job Description = This is a Salesforce Developer Position. This team is working on financial portal where customer can login and make the payments and can interact with his financial account with the banking website. Team work on agile format. Team is working on this portal to enhance the more features of the portal. Currently there are 5 to 6 Salesforce developer in the team.
Top 3/5 Skills Strong Omni Studio Experience OR Omni Studio Certification. Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification is desired but preferred both certifications. Certification should be active, not expired certification. Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Exposure to additional Salesforce technologies and third-party tools. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. Open for any other repository experience. Azure DevOps is not mandatory, Open for any other similar tools. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura.
Soft Skills: Able to communicate well Problem Solver Be able to collaborate with the BA and QA team.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required. 5-7 years related experience required. Minimum Bachelors Degree and Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience.
Interview Process 1 Round of Interview, Virtual Interview. Manager said candidate should keep his/her camera ON while giving the interview Candidate should be interactive There will be coding assessment in the interview Any Cap on Experience No (Can submit any number of years of experience but candidate should be comfortable with the pay rate and relocation)
Typical task breakdown: Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) and ServiceNow. Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily/weekly SCRUM.
Interaction with team: Highly collaborative environment. We follow Agile principles
Work Environment: This is a Nashville based location. Till 2025 1 day a week continuing to 2026 will be 5 days at office.
