• Responsible for hands-on coding, building, and testing of customer-facing dynamic HTML email communications.
• Collaborate with creative and digital marketing teams to manage email campaigns, ensuring optimization based on the calendar and cadence.
• Provide quality assurance for all email aspects before sending and design operational reports to monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure responsive design, manage data segmentation, and personalize email content based on customer history and targeting.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• Experience executing new email campaigns from concept to coding within an ESP platform.
• 2+ years coding complex email campaigns with high personalization and understanding of email marketing lifecycle.
• Proficient in HTML, AMPscript (Salesforce), and CSS coding for emails.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, ESP providers like Salesforce, and reputation/list hygiene tools.
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and decision-making, adaptability to changing business requirements, and ability to manage timetables effectively.
• Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, Microsoft Office, with experience in SQL, Salesforce, and understanding of large databases.
