Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university, MBA preferred. 8+ years of work experience required. 8+ years of pharmaceutical or Orthopedics industry marketing required. Excellent oral and written English communications skills. Ability to travel approximately 40%. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, move between spaces, reach with hands and arms and stoop. This position requires considerable hospital presence and requires the ability to walk and stand for periods of time and to navigate through hospitals, surgical centers, and other healthcare facilities, including ORs. The employee is regularly required to travel by automobile as well as by airplane and other forms of public transportation. The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time (up to several hours straight). The employee will be required to move quickly in OR and other hospital environments. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
