We are a process art studio for children, focusing on the joy of making art rather than specific art skills.
Role Description
This is a very part-time role located in northwest Austin, TX at Saplings Studio. The Art Teacher will be responsible for contributing ideas for new activities, setting up, leading class and cleaning up.
Schedule is flexible, with option to work 3-8 hours per week. Ideal candidate has mid-day to afternoon availability. Option to work occasional weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- Experience with a variety of art materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
