Client is deploying Microsoft Information Protection, a data classification tool, to all associates globally as part of a Data Loss Prevention strategy. End users will need to classify and mark documents correctly. A project team is managing this rollout, and this role provides communications and change management support to ensure stakeholders understand the new capabilities and impacts. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator passionate about connecting dots and driving clarity in a fast-paced environment, always advocating for the end user to ensure clear and timely information sharing. Primary Responsibilities
Develop communications and change management strategies and plans to engage stakeholders. Document end-user impacts via intranet, emails, guides, etc. Create socialization strategies, materials, and content including stakeholder assessments, talking points, slide decks, and emails. Develop and deliver end-user training strategies and materials. Seniority Level
