Web Analytics & SEO Analyst (Corporate Operations) - Remote Location: Remote Work Type: Full Time Regular Job No: 503714 Categories: Marketing/Communications Application Closes: Open Until Filled SHARE As our Web Analytics & SEO Analyst for our Digital Marketing team, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our enterprise web properties through data-driven insights and SEO strategies. You’ll be responsible for implementing and monitoring web analytics, conducting keyword research, and making optimization recommendations. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, content, and development teams to enhance website performance, ensuring best practices in technical SEO, structured data markup, and content optimization. WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match. [remove if open to sponsorship] WHAT YOU'LL DO: Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console to monitor and improve website performance. Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and content optimization, ensuring best practices are implemented. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner, helping teams make data-driven decisions. Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketers to implement SEO recommendations. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 1-3 years of experience in web analytics and SEO. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Personable, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders. You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico. PREFERRED: Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, BrightEdge, and Contentsquare. Google Analytics certification is a plus.
