Job Summary At QAP/AGGPRO, you can contribute meaningfully, grow professionally and personally, and be part of a team where everyone's voice is valued. The primary responsibility of the Scale Clerk is to track, record, and report the volume and type of material leaving the pit on each truck. Responsibilities include maintaining the scale house and equipment, managing and reporting pit inventories, greeting truck drivers, answering inquiries, advising pit personnel of customer entries, and distributing safety information.
This seasonal position is based in Anchorage.

Main Responsibilities
Record vehicle tare weights, process daily scale transactions, and generate scale tickets.
Maintain pit inventory records and produce material reports.
Review and update information in JWS/automated scale systems.
Maintain the pit scale facility and equipment.
Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned.
Education & Requirements
High School Diploma
Organized with good attendance and a positive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and solve problems.
Must be at least 18 years old due to the working environment.
Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with accounting software is a plus.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Customer Service experience is required.
Ability to multi-task effectively.
Must adhere to Colaska Inc.’s Code of Ethics at all times.
Ability to pass drug screening at hire and during employment.
