Job Summary:
This is a 0.5 FTE leave replacement substitutie position for a Music Teacher. Under the direction of the Principal, responsible for developing in each student an appreciation of the art of music as part of general culture; teaching techniques of vocal or instrumental music expression; discovering and developing talents of students in the field of music; and developing knowledge and skills in listening to and reading music.Specific responsibilities for this position are as described on the attached job description.This is a temporary position beginning April 1, 2025 through the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year.
Salary Range:
$260.00 per day per the Snohomish Education Association Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Elementary Education/Music
Schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:55am - 3:25pm, Fridays 9:30am to 1:15pm
Qualifications:
Valid State of Washington teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement. Applicants are responsible for determining that they have the appropriate endorsement and current Washington State certification for the position.
