Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Coordinator, Marketing – Skincare based in New York, NY.
The role:
You will be responsible for helping to plan and execute new product launches, supporting existing business, as well as managing the day-to-day operational functions for the department. You will also be expected to embody the Clarins value of listening, as Clarins has always been based on the notion of knowing how to listen to our customers and create the most amazing journey with them in mind. You will need to be passionate, digitally minded, audacious, engaged, collaborative, and respectful on a daily basis. A passion for our brands, history, and products is essential in this role.
What you’ll do:
In an environment where our customers are a top priority and multiple launches are simultaneously being worked on in a fast-paced setting, you will play a critical role in helping the team stay on track of deadlines, clearly communicate between departments, and review all details related to skincare launches.Assist with the development and management of national skincare programs to drive basic business based on overall brand objectives and strategies.Manage assortments, track inventory, and facilitate launch allocations including order forms, launch and merchandising trackers, inventory management platform, and launch summaries.Coordinate tracking of feedback on artwork and copy for cross functional teams including Global, Creative, Communications, ECOM & RCOM teams.Develop monthly re-caps of launch performance and assist with competitive promotional activity analysis.Track details of product launches from creative service requests, inventory requests, item master creation, and issue project briefs as well as update launch calendars and bi-annual pricing project with competitive analysis.You are:

Have 1-2 years of related experience.Bachelor’s degree.Passion for the beauty industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to effectively manage timelines and monitor deadlines.We have:

$55,000 - $65,000
