The PPC/SEM Manager is responsible for managing and executing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC) campaigns to generate the greatest potential number of leads. Additionally, they may assist in optimizing Driving Academy’s Website with regard to landing pages, content creation and conversion optimization.

Coordinates Search Engine Marketing (SEM) with search and web advertising services to target key demographics, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Implements advertising strategies utilizing YouTube and Reddit Optimizes Driving Academy website landing page to increase lead conversion Facilitates SEO and SEM initiatives by assisting in website optimization, blog content creation, link building, and conversion optimization Verifies all marketing content adheres to branding guidelines, key demographic preferences, and SEM guidelines. Collaborates with content team to create scripts and organic video content Other duties as assigned
KEY COMPETENCIES
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all inclusive. Excellent written and oral communication skills Proficient with Microsoft and Google suite, including Excel and Google Sheets Detailed knowledge of principles of SEM, PPC, SEO, and other key marketing practices Proficiency with Google Analytics and Digital Marketing tools Working knowledge of HTML and CSS Possesses high degree of creativity Capacity for monitoring and developing multiple concurrent projects Possesses organization skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or related fields required Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or related fields preferred At least 4 years of experience hands-on managing PPC or SEM campaigns and strategy required Asana or other project management software experience preferred Proficiency in Spanish is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
