This role will have ownership over CPI Security's Digital Paid Media and will directly manage accounts, placements, and ads. This individual will also be responsible for increasing lead generation and exploring growth opportunities for CPI's digital channels. This is an on-site position located at our corporate office in Charlotte, NC. Essential FunctionsResponsible for managing CPI's presence in the paid search landscape and analyzing data to make timely and informed decisions on bids, ad copy, content, and landing page performance to maximize yield.Will manage all paid digital channels including search, display, video, programmatic, and affiliate through our vendors technology.Introduce various consumer segmentation strategies to improve sales funnel efficiency through channel testing.Provide innovative solutions and determine optimal cross channel mix to maximize profitability and incrementality.Understand an evolving e-commerce and digital landscape as it relates to digital media, user design, website engagement, analytics and overall marketing strategies.Monitor and socialize the performance metrics that measure campaign effectiveness, business outcomes and ROI as well as generate leads for the inside sales team and understand the process of converting inbound leads into customers.Ensure accurate tracking and reporting across all digital channels.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required The ability to evaluate results and quickly optimize based on performance and company needsExceptional collaboration skills - you enjoy working in a team settingThe ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and self-motivatedExcellent communication and presentation skillsThe ability to maintain strong cross-functional partnerships and foster a team environmentCreative mind with an ability to conceive innovative ideas and deliver creative contentOther Experience Required A Bachelor's Degree required. 3+ years of experience in paid digital media Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Suite platforms requiredAdvanced Excel SkillsWordpress and landing page/website/basic HTML experience is a plusThe PerksAggressive pay and the opportunity to work for an iconic brandGreat medical, dental, vision, short- & long-term disability and life insurance options Company paid holidays, floating holiday, and paid time off (PTO) 401(k) plan with competitive company match Eligible for free monitored security system after 90 daysEducation assistance - we encourage and support our employees who want to improve their skills and further their education Engaging and fun company culture that's made up of a diverse group of people Volunteer and community engagement opportunities.
