In a Nutshell //
ASEO Specialistfor Symphonic is a hard-working and organized individual. This role willidentify, develop, and implement strategies, techniques, and tactics to increase the number of visitors to our websites and obtain a high-ranking placement on the results page of search engines.
Compensation //
$50,000.00 to $65,000.00 Annually
What you will do //
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings and visibility across AI-powered search experiences
- Perform ongoing keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into active users
- Collaborate with others within the corporate marketing department and product team to manage SEO strategy
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Explore and implement AI-powered tools and technologies to enhance SEO performance and content strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI, automation, and search engine algorithms to maintain a competitive edge
- Optimize copy and landing pages
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links
- Develop and implement link-building strategy
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
- Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts, landing pages, search ads, etc
What you need to have //
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or applicable field
- Three years of experience performing search engine optimization functions
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Yoast, Screaming Frog, and Microsoft Clarity
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (e.g. Clearscope, SurferSEO, ChatGPT, Jasper) for content optimization and analysis
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies that support SEO efficiency and content quality
- Curiosity and adaptability to evolving SEO landscapes influenced by AI, machine learning, and search personalization
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems
- Proven track record of revenue-producing initiatives
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and respect for others.

- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion
- Ability to read and write in Spanish and Portuguese
- Experience managing SEO in multilingual or international markets
