Job Information
- Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist
- Supervisor Title: Manager, Digital Marketing

General Purpose
Supports the digital marketing team with various programs, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), content marketing, and data analytics.
Responsibilities
Duties are listed based on estimated percentages of time; other responsibilities may be assigned.
- Content Coordination: Manage the creation and publishing of digital content.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the QA process for creating and updating Paychex web properties.
- Website Monitoring: Identify and address errors related to web architecture, SEO, accessibility, etc.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports on organic search metrics, goal tracking, and lead generation to ensure ROI and search marketing objectives are met.
- Website Optimization: Work with designers, writers, and developers to enhance site design, content, structure, and architecture for better performance.
- Additional Projects: Participate in other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business (Required)
Work Experience
- Consideration may be given to candidates with relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
Skills & Abilities
- Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent skills in writing clear, grammatically correct content (Advanced).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to define, analyze, and interpret digital marketing data (Intermediate).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of HTML and usability standards (Beginner).
- Microsoft Excel: Proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charting, and graphics (Advanced).
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (Intermediate).
- Multitasking: Capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously (Intermediate).
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills (Advanced).
