Base pay range $44,000.00/yr - $73,000.00/yr Who You Are: You are an energetic, collaborative, results-driven graphic designer with experience in retail graphic design. What You’ll Do: You will be responsible for creating and distributing visual merchandising communication tools across global regions, as well as supporting the design of all store signage. You will also ensure supplemental materials are concise, clear, and optimized for performance. Additionally, you will assist the Senior Visual Manager with special projects aimed at achieving cross-divisional goals through graphic design and visual merchandising. GRAPHIC DESIGN Understand the different graphic requirements of stores. Design all store signage and share with global teams. Collaborate to produce print files for window and pop-up designs. Partner with the window design team on any necessary print files. Update the store graphics library seasonally for both Outlet and Lifestyle. Act as a liaison between the global visual team and creative services to ensure graphic signage aligns with creative services' brand direction. VISUAL COMMUNICATION Support the creation of layouts and designs for all visual tools. Work with the Senior Manager to evolve communications through graphic design and the introduction of new technology. Communicate and share guidelines, templates, and files with the global network to ensure a cohesive brand message. OPERATIONS Prepare and gather all digital assets and imagery seasonally for all business channels. Organize and maintain seasonal product images and campaign images on the company server. Properly archive visual communications and supplemental materials on the company server. Assist in the preparation of major presentations and workshops. Establish seasonal digital library processes. Photograph all global showroom set-ups. You’ll Need to Have: A minimum of 2-3 years of graphic design experience. Retail and visual merchandising experience is desired. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
