⚡ Job Opening: Electrician – Central Office Telecommunications
Los Angeles, Riverside, Orange and San Diego Central Office Locations.
Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive – Based on Experience
We are looking for a skilled Electrician with experience in telecommunications central office environments to join our growing infrastructure team. This role focuses on electrical work supporting power systems, cabling, and telecom equipment in critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain AC/DC electrical systems in telecom central offices
Support power infrastructure for battery systems, rectifiers, generators, and UPS units
Run conduit, pull wire, and perform terminations in accordance with standards
Troubleshoot electrical and grounding/bonding issues
Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
Work safely in live environments while following strict procedures
Qualifications:
Valid state electrician license or journeyman certification (required)
3+ years of experience in commercial or telecom-related electrical work
Familiarity with telecom infrastructure (DC power, grounding, equipment installation)
Ability to work independently, travel as needed, and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and telecommunications safety standards
