Compensation ranges from $25 to $100 per hour, depending on follower count, past video performance, and the complexity of each video project. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Create engaging and professional TikTok videos to promote products provided by Boosterize. Ensure content aligns with TikTok trends and platform guidelines. Product Pickup: Visit our Los Angeles office (CA 90048) to collect product samples. Promotion: Highlight product features, creatively showcase benefits, and authentically engage your audience to drive interest and sales. Collaboration: Work closely with the Boosterize team to ensure video content meets branding and marketing objectives. Optimization: Use your understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and trends to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Independent Schedule: Manage your own flexible schedule to meet content creation deadlines. Requirements: TikTok Follower Base: Minimum of 10,000 followers with proven engagement and reach metrics. Platform Permissions: Must have TikTok live streaming permissions and access to the TikTok Creator Marketplace. Content Experience: Experience creating compelling TikTok videos with a focus on driving engagement or sales. Proximity: Must be able to visit our office in Los Angeles (CA 90048) for product sample pickup. Adaptability: Familiarity with TikTok trends and ability to pivot content strategy as needed.
