Job DescriptionJob Title: Plumbing DesignerLocation: Sandy Springs, GADo you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can design innovative and functional plumbing systems for a variety of exciting projects?Selectek has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Plumbing Designer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, retail, and multifamily residential buildings.About the Role: Design Expertise: You will be responsible for taking architectural floor plans and designing comprehensive plumbing systems for a variety of building types. Project Lifecycle: You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, from initial kickoff meetings through to the completion of construction. Collaboration: You will effectively communicate and collaborate with the entire design team, both internal and external, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes. Technical Proficiency: You will attend meetings, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions.Who You Are: A Seasoned Professional: You possess at least 10 years of recent experience in plumbing design. Revit Proficient: You are highly proficient in Revit software. Multifamily Experience: You have experience designing plumbing systems for multifamily residential buildings (highly preferred).Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
