Additionally, the responsibility for interpreting guest segment trends and relaying findings to the Marketing leadership.Essential Job Functions:Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.Create a marketing analysis infrastructure to ensure the entire offer strategy is optimized and as effective as possible through ownership of a test and learn agenda.Interpret post-analysis results and recommend changes to marketing strategy, partnering with marketing leaders to build more effective campaigns.Develop and run own analyses.Complete Pro Formas and Post Formas.Responsible for primary creation of monthly financial and operational reviews, condensing large amounts of data into a meaningful story, share insights and actionable recommendations in a concise and persuasive manner.Serve as a point of contact and support to marketing teams for analysis of direct marketing offers and programs.Provide strategic insights, build and analyze standard reports, and conduct in-depth analysis to formulate insights into property marketing performance, customer behaviors, and direct marketing programs.Identify opportunities for testing in direct marketing and evaluate test results.Communicate conclusions, implications, and recommendations in a concise fashion to support more effective marketing strategy and decisions.Maintain and update existing reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.Partner with marketing leaders to provide analytic input to decisions and evaluation of marketing effectiveness.Develop relationships to ensure an analytic approach is taken in building proformas, revenue plans and marketing calendars.Clearly communicates findings to key stakeholders, seeks their support, and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, proactively identify opportunities to improve analysis and maintain positive team member morale.Allocate resources and prioritize projects to balance the support of broad initiatives, recurring reports and ad-hoc analysis.Work closely with Promotions Team to provide solutions for giveaways and tournament scoring as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 4 or more years work experience, MBA or other advanced analytical degrees preferred. Experience with analytic tools and software such as MS SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint. Expert level skill in excel and tSQL.Additional Requirements:Highly analytical, strong communicator.Very strong quantitative and analytic skills with demonstrated success in analytic roles, including (but not exclusive to) financial analysis, direct marketing, consulting, IT, statistical analytics, forecasting techniques, marketing studies, and optimization analytics.Demonstrated success working with very large data sets, developing tools for streamlined analysis and creating reports that succinctly summarize complex concepts.Must be detail-oriented.Have ability to communicate all analyses, findings, conclusions, and recommendations to relevant business, operating, and marketing constituents in the enterprise.Actively assist in the implementation of accepted recommendations.Must maintain professional relations with vendors, guests and harmonious relationships with co-workers.Must be able and willing to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
