RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy Development: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive firm growth and achieve revenue targets.Executive Partnership: Partner with the CEO and executive team to formulate and implement strategic initiatives.Marketing & Sales Channel Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of marketing, including PR, brand management, event planning, and digital marketing. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales channel marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize advanced digital marketing analytic tools to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics. Optimize digital and website marketing campaigns across all media and e-commerce channelsCustomer Acquisition & Retention: Implements strategies to acquire new customers and increase loyalty through targeted advertising, strategic partnerships, and other means.Performance Analytics: Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness. Analyzes metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to optimize campaign performance.Team Management: Build, grow, and manage a high-performing marketing team.Collaboration: Work with C-suite executives to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Brand Enhancement: Drive brand awareness and enhance the firm's reputation through strategic PR and branding initiatives.Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.Innovation and Creativity: Generate new and innovative ideas to differentiate the firm's services and maximize lead creation. Devise both existing and new ways to derive value differentiation.BACKGROUND PROFILE:
Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role with a track record of growing firms or companies in the service industry. Strong preference for candidates with law firm experience and a history of growing companies or firms to $25M or more in revenue.Skills: Extensive experience in PR, brand management, and digital marketing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using the latest digital marketing analytic tools.Innovation: Demonstrated ability to innovate and generate new ideas to drive marketing success.Presence: Exceptional executive presence and confidence in working with the C-suite and other senior leaders.Initiative: Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage marketing teams.Communication: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
