Manager, Ambassador + Affiliate Marketing REPORTS TO:
Director, Influencer Marketing + PR DEPARTMENT : Influencer Marketing + PR OVERVIEW The Manager of Affiliate Marketing + Ambassador plays a key role in Summer Fridays' Influencer Marketing Strategy. They have a deep understanding and comprehensive experience across all marketing channels that support affiliate influencer growth, including affiliate partnerships, as well as launching and scaling an ambassador program. The right candidate will be able to build upon our existing influencer program, growing relationships with new creators, publishers, and networks, that drive attributable revenue. They are equal parts creative and analytical with an ability to curate content that appeals to beauty consumers as well as applying a combination of measurement methodologies to gauge performance and effectiveness. This position is strategic and results driven. They have beauty/fashion startup experience and a proven track record for meeting and exceeding affiliate marketing KPIs. They are also detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and timelines. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee the development, creation, execution and measurement of all affiliate influencer marketing programs to drive awareness, engagement and conversion Actively identify and build relationships with new influencers who have the ability to drive revenue while working in an affiliate model Create, execute and grow the brand's ambassador program, cultivating a highly-engaged community of customers and brand loyalists Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, ecommerce and brand marketing to align affiliate and ambassador efforts with the brand's business goals. Copy write and provide creative briefs and direction to design team and external agencies and talent for all affiliate partnerships and brand ambassador comms Plan and calendarize all affiliate influencer marketing efforts to align with overall brand strategy Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to leverage their expertise and ensure successful execution of initiatives Identify opportunities to further expand affiliate marketing programs, ensuring they align with brand goals while delivering measurable results. Manage contracts and agreements for influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and goals. Measure KPIs, including ROAS, engagement, and revenue for influencer affiliate programs. Work with publishers and partners to ideate, review and implement affiliate marketing strategies to expand reach and drive sales Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge Manage affiliate marketing and ambassador program budgets. Other assignments/tasks as assigned and necessary REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4-years' experience in influencer or digital marketing; specifically affiliate marketing BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or similar Deep understanding of the beauty consumer; passion for skincare is a plus! Proven track record driving and executing successful affiliate influencer marketing campaigns Experience managing budgets Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions/insights from it Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Eager, can-do, positive attitude Self-starter - able to execute upon multiple projects and against tight deadlines Exceptional communication skills Collaborative, open-minded and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, Word and Keynote/Powerpoint Experience working with digital platforms such as LTK, ShopMy, Rakuten/affiliate programs, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, TikTok Shop, Amazon Affiliate Program Must be available for a minimum of two days in-office in Los Angeles Must be based in Los Angeles
