Job Description:

We're searching for an Associate Creative Director, Social (Art Director) to join our Social Creative team. You'll join a team dedicated to our client team focused on organic social for a national favorite quick serve burger restaurant. You will concept and implement culture-hitting social creative and mentor two midlevel teams creating content for organic social, paid social, and always-on social. Reporting to the Executive Creative Director, Social Creative, you will straddle the line of manager and doer, both overseeing teams to push the work, but also ideating and creating your own. You will be paired with an ACD, Copywriter.

• You will art direct and create conceptual work in organic social while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
• You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
• You understand unique audiences and create content that is relevant to each.
• You will invent social tactics, mentor junior associates, and manage the day-to-day progress of a project from start to finish.
• You will manage a midlevel team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and digital creative.
• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required.
• An online portfolio with examples of digital-first thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
• Only candidates in the New York area will be considered due to weekly onsite collaboration in our office.
• Brand development experience.

Additional Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
