What you’d be doing in this role As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role is focused on: Intl Growth Teams Collaboration: Collaborate with international growth marketing teams & provide strategic input for paid social brand efforts. Share our wins & learnings: Communicate accurate and timely weekly reports on the performance of your campaigns to the team & wider stakeholders. Be the subject-matter expert: Work with paid social teams and internal teams to ensure we’re at the forefront of performance marketing on paid social. Be a team player: Involvement with other marketing, product, and growth activities as needed. Make complex things simple: Find new ways to improve efficiency both in terms of performance and process. Help drive our digital strategy: Focus on driving the digital strategy across multiple parts of the funnel and supporting efforts in a growing number of international markets. You're probably a match if You have at least 6+ years of digital marketing experience and have had hands-on experience running paid social campaigns. You have a deep knowledge of the digital landscape across Channels, Platforms & Digital Environments including paid social, Audio, and Video. You have worked on international marketing campaigns and understand the nuances of localized campaign efforts. You have worked with complex cross-functional teams/agencies to build integrated campaigns. You have worked with adtech/data teams to prioritize your platform/measurement needs. You have a strong understanding of brand measurement tools and how to measure/optimize campaigns. At Canva, we value fairness and strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation while ensuring internal equity within the team in each region. The target salary range for this position is $150,000 - $232,000, based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
