Could you be a good fit? We are looking for the best, highly skilled Audio-Visual Analyst to join the team of our exceptional client located in the greater Portland ME area. This is a fully onsite role.

What will your day look like? As an Audio-Visual Analyst you will:

• Assist end users with video conference and conference room technology.
• Provide VIP support (maintaining confidentiality) for the executive management team.
• Perform proactive and routine maintenance and testing of conference room equipment worldwide. Support and maintain a Cisco Videoconferencing infrastructure.
• Deploy videoconferencing systems globally. Work on a team that manages and produces global webcasts and supports/designs complex conferencing needs involving outside vendors and multiple technologies across a wide international community.
• Assist with deployment and technical design of global digital signage. Support live event production, specifically camera operation, sound reinforcement, videoconferencing, and video switching.

You will be a good fit for the AV Analyst role if you have:

• 2 plus years of audio-visual support experience
• Knowledge or familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and Cisco Room OS videoconference systems
• Familiarity with audio systems, mixing consoles, video switchers, and microphones.
• Familiarity with Brandlive, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
• Working knowledge of Audiovisual equipment, such as Biamp, Cisco, Shure, Extron, Yealink, and Crestron.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a technical mindset and the ability to explain technical knowledge to non-technical audiences
