We are looking for a resourceful, forward-thinking and committed Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. You love design and have an obsessive attention to detail with a strong eye for composition, typography, color and layout. You’re comfortable with concepting designs. You also have a strong work ethic and you take ownership of your work. You are able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment; ensure that deadlines are met; and work effectively under pressure. This role will have the ability to translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and engaging to drive our business forward. What You’ll Do Design and deliver compelling, brand-right concepts for all marketing channels that elevate the customer experience. Collaborate with team members to create and deliver all assets for 360-marketing campaigns which include line sheets, digital ads, emails, social grid, web assets and print assets to tell the Julie Vos story. Conceptualize layouts and visual flow of DTC printed catalogs and marketing materials and present options to marketing team. Work with our printers and outside vendors to proof and see projects through to completion. Maintain style guides and directories with the Art Director. Evolve brand guidelines for digital and incorporate them across platforms. Create and translate templates seasonally. Respond quickly to design challenges and new business needs. Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met. Keep on top of digital customer trends, and key competitor digital activity in the fashion and luxury sectors, contributing to the digital library for design and functionality. Who You Are Minimum 7 years’ experience in marketing and advertising design Extremely proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Knowledge of color management, printing, and publishing preferred. Excel in designing editorial stories and layouts with a great sense of typography. Ability to meet tight deadlines and take direction in an entrepreneurial environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A positive attitude and desire to excel. A passion for creating engaging brand content with a strong visual impact. Ability to self-manage and deliver multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines with absolute accuracy. Interest in luxury products, home décor, fashion, art or lifestyle. A creative thinker who is curious and proactive about refining his/her craft. Discerning eye for photo editing, cropping and compositing Highly organized with extreme attention to detail Comfortable working independently, but above all a collaborative, inclusive and flexible team player Resourceful self-starter who gets things done Be able to edit and retouch images as needed.
