Note:- For this role: we need someone who has worked on application development projects. Propose how the interface will look like, gather that information and document it Once the information is gathered, that individual need to work with technology development teams to address their queries Bank is developing set of applications in different set of user interfacing of internal banking customers Will need someone who is strong in UX/UI design requirement gathering Meet with different departments like mortgage/loans/credit card etc. to understand the UX/UI interface Design interfaces. Candidate should talk more or have the resumes with UI/UX designs and platforms that they have worked on
Key Responsibilities: Minimum Qualifications/Skills: Relevant experience in project execution for web-based applications, digital platforms, and workflow solutions. Proficiency in SDLC documentation (BRDs, FRDs, EPICS, etc.) and analysis. Strong experience in UX design strategy, including wireframing, prototyping, and user flows. Familiarity with design tools for concept delivery and collaboration. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across cross-functional teams (e.g., Technology, DevOps, Business, and Product Owners). Hands-on expertise in data-driven decision-making and analysis to transform raw data into actionable insights. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and process mapping tools like MS Visio and BlueWorks.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills: Work experience in the banking domain, particularly in Retail Banking or Wealth Management. Knowledge of systems, information architecture, databases, and data structures. Hands-on experience with technology-based process mapping and current-to-target state analysis. Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to align requirements with overall solution goals. Iterative design mindset to incorporate feedback and continuously improve user experience.
