Senior UX Designer
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior UX Designer to lead global strategies and deliver world-class user experiences for their e-commerce platform. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of their digital presence, balancing the art of storytelling with seamless usability, and driving impactful design solutions.
This role is fully remote. EST working hours are required.
Senior UX Designer Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of full-scale UX strategies, starting from concept to implementation, for an e-commerce platform.
- Design user experiences that prioritize both brand storytelling and checkout conversion.
- Develop and advocate for user-centered design principles through systematic and strategic thinking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Tech Teams, Creative Design, and Content Strategy, to deliver cohesive digital experiences.
- Utilize Figma to create high-quality designs that evolve the overall user experience.
- Facilitate innovative problem-solving workshops and drive strategic design discussions.
- Balance consumer, business, and brand needs to craft frictionless and engaging digital journeys.
Senior UX Designer Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, encompassing strategy and design execution.
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce or agency environments, particularly in designing experiences that merge brand storytelling with functional design.
- Strong advocacy for UX principles, with systematic and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Figma.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience owning design projects with a strong point of view and pride in delivering impactful solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Jira (or similar platforms).
Compensation: $66.67/hr. (DOE)
