Job Title: Associate Director, HCP Marketing and Salesforce EngagementLocation: Boston (Hybrid)Description:As our new
Associate Director of HCP Marketing and Salesforce Engagement , you will support the development of strategic initiatives and promotional efforts for healthcare providers, focusing on the Atopic Dermatitis indication and salesforce effectiveness, in preparation for the launch of Galderma’s first-in-class specialty biologic treatment for atopic dermatitis. The role partners closely with key stakeholders within the global and US cross-functional teams including the US Salesforce as well as external partners, and directly reports to the Director, HCP Marketing and Engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Lead for the Atopic Dermatitis launch marketing plan and associated materials.Lead overall training content strategy, development and rollout plan of field sales training for HCP materials in partnership with sales training to ensure rapid adoption, optimize effectiveness of material execution and ensure confidence in key messages and brand strategy.Lead the development and implementation of tactical launch tools and respective training plans as identified with the brand plan to create a differentiated brand experience that drives HCP engagement and nemolizumab uptake.Develop and drive a rep engagement strategy to maximize selling effectiveness and tactical pull-through, including but not limited to educational touchpoints, communication plan, contest development/management and selling skills pull-through.Build a measurement plan to track and optimize performance HCP tools and training tactics.Act as a brand steward, leading collaborative touchpoints within matrix enterprise including field intelligence and co-creation project teams.Identify emerging trends within direct promotion channels and apply insights to the development of initiatives and marketing tactics and/or materials.Identify, help lead the build and manage new direct selling tools and capabilities.Support the annual business planning process.Lead projects through the material approval process.Develop and work with KOLs to validate and optimize brand strategies and tactics.Manage agency partners to include tactical planning and scope process, budget, and performance.
Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business with a master’s degree preferred.7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience, of which 4+ years in a commercial marketing function required.Past sales/field experience required.Launch experience required.Experience with regulatory/material approval process required.Comprehensive analytical/strategic thinking skills; demonstrated ability to utilize data/customer insights in decision-making (data to insights, to action) required.HCP branded marketing experience preferred.Experience with launching specialty/biologics for treating chronic conditions preferred.Strong ability to understand and translate science.Cross-functional experience required, proven track record of collaboration and coordination with key internal and external stakeholders (including external agency partners).Exceptional communication and presentation skills: ability to articulate a point of view succinctly and effectively to senior leaders and external customers.Ability and confidence to work effectively and with a sense of urgency across a global matrix enterprise, and to influence without authority.Adaptability, resilience and tenacity and ability to quickly pivot.Proficient in English, MS Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Availability to travel >20% time.
