Graphic Design (80%)

1. Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects.
2. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work that meets design specifications and budget constraints.
3. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects while adhering to design guidelines.
4. Present design ideas, concepts, and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback into the final design.
5. Strong understanding of layouts, typography, print design, and web design fundamentals.
6. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
7. Experience in landscape and architectural projects with an eye for high-quality graphic design.
8. Proven track record of successfully executing complex, large-scale projects.

Marketing Communications (20%)

1. Create and execute marketing campaigns, including designing posters and flyers for internal and external media channels.
2. Engage in creative writing for blogs, content, and newsletters, and manage posts on professional media or internal intranet platforms.

Any Undergraduate degree + MBA [Tier 1 Institutes]- [Must Have]
