Digital, Creative and Marketing Recruiter at Catena Solutions
This candidate will be responsible for UX design and design systems. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop design systems, navigation patterns, and reusable components.
- Create intuitive, engaging, and consistent UX designs across digital products.
- Visualize and prototype ideas using design tools and collaborative methods.
- Build and iterate on low- and high-fidelity prototypes with a user-centered approach.
- Identify user needs and business goals to shape design strategy.
- Collaborate with usability researchers to refine designs based on user testing.
- Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices.
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of UX design experience.
- Must have a portfolio showcasing design systems work.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles for web, mobile, and touch devices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
