Competitive salary and benefits Industry-leading healthcare, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts (healthcare and dependent care) Work/life balance supported by generous PTO Career development and promotion opportunities Casual working environment Retirement planning - a 403(b) with 3% organizational match Position Purpose The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist works as part of the Marketing & Communications team to create digital content for organizational web properties and execute paid search and paid/organic social media campaigns.Essential FunctionsExecute organic and paid social media tactics for ReStore accounts on Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedInExecute paid search campaigns to support Affiliate and ReStore marketing strategiesCreate and organize content to support organizational website activities and strategies; content to include copy, images and videosStrategize and manage website content and experience for ReStore and Julia's Café & BooksQualificationsRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience3-4 years prior experience in digital marketing - social media, email, PPCProficiency using digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Marketing Cloud, Meta, Google Ads, WordPressIntermediate photography and photo editing skillsAbility to take initiative and prioritize tasks; excellent time-management and problem-solving skillsStrong project management skills and attention to detailHighly organized and deadline focusedWork EnvironmentThis position requires working primarily indoors in an office setting, as well as driving between locations within service area in all types of weather.Physical DemandsAbility work in office environment as needed which requires ability to speak, hear, with the visual and manual dexterity to manage papers, reports, and typingMust embody the capacity to maintain the following for several hours at a time: use of company-provided computer, person or company-provided phone, sitting as requiredAbility to communicate in person, over the phone and/or via computer Ability to provide personal transportation to and from local events and assignmentsDrive between locations in Charlotte metro areaThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this job.
