About the Role & Team
The Senior Manager of Human Resources Internal Communications will play a pivotal role in developing and executing communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, align with the company's goals, and promote a positive organizational culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of HR practices.
About the Work
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that support HR initiatives and company objectives.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to create and disseminate clear, consistent, and engaging messages across various channels (e.g., email, intranet, newsletters, town halls).
- Manage and oversee the production of internal communication materials, including presentations, memos, and reports.
- Foster a culture of transparency and open communication by facilitating feedback mechanisms and employee engagement activities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, using data and feedback to continuously improve strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in internal communications and HR.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal communications, with a focus on HR communications.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal communication strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, intranet systems, email marketing software).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
