This role will play a pivotal part in managing creative production for a fast-growing marketing team, overseeing all aspects of web design, development, and production, while also contributing to video production and trade show exhibit design.What you'll doWebsite Management and Development:Lead the design, development, and production of the company website, ensuring it is visually engaging, technically sound, and mobile-optimized.Own technical SEO strategy and implementation to maximize website visibility and performance.Handle all web development and production tasks, including coding and platform management.Creative Direction and Production:Manage and execute creative projects to support the company’s marketing goals, including videos, graphics, and booth designs for trade shows and events.Lead the design and production of trade show exhibits and booths that effectively convey brand messaging and attract engagement.Oversee video production, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.Marketing and Team Collaboration:Partner with the marketing team to develop creative solutions that elevate the brand across digital and physical mediums.Provide creative leadership and mentorship to designers and external vendors.Establish and maintain a consistent visual identity across all materials, both online and offline.Web Design and Maintenance:Design and maintain web pages, ensuring intuitive navigation, brand consistency, and compliance with accessibility standards.Monitor and analyze website analytics, implementing improvements to enhance user engagement and conversions.RequirementsEducation and Experience:Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.5+ years of experience in web design, development, and creative direction, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment.Technical Skills:Expertise in web development tools and languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.Strong understanding of technical SEO principles and implementation.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and video editing tools.Creative Expertise:Experience in booth and trade show exhibit design.Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality video content.Exceptional skills in graphic design and creative storytelling.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and project management abilities.Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Location:Must be located in the Bay Area and available to come into the office two times a weekWhat you can count on:Competitive start-up salary and generous stock options100% paid health benefits optionsFlexible time offPotential fast-tracked career advancement opportunitiesCyberhaven is the AI-powered data security company revolutionizing how companies detect and stop the most critical insider threats to their most important data.
