As a
Senior Internal Communications Partner , you'll play a key role in delivering high-impact internal communications, with a particular focus on
employee change communications . You'll help integrate new teams, introduce innovative products, and support the redesign of employee-centric processes-all while ensuring our people stay informed, engaged, and connected.
Reporting into our newly established
Head of Corporate and Internal Communications (UK) , you'll be part of a
small but highly effective team
spanning the UK and India.

Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
Working with the Internal Communications team to deliver effective internal communications and engagement plans across the company Working with senior management to support and help develop their communications plans Writing, editing and proofreading content for a range of channels, working to content schedules, and helping to manage the internal content calendar Researching and gathering engaging content from across the company to promote cross-team collaboration and to deliver people-focused stories Helping maintain the company-wide intranet, including news and video articles - sourcing story content from across the company and working with internal stakeholders to ensure that all page and internal comms content remains clear, audience-focused and easy to navigate Maintaining overall governance of the intranet, and supporting teams in their site audits and overhauls Supporting on logistical planning for quarterly all-staff events, managing event coordination, feedback collection, and follow-up on improvement areas by the end of each event, and advisory support: Global Town Halls, Q&As and OKR webinars Assisting with the collation of content, preparation and distribution of monthly global newsletter, quarterly product newsletter and line manager update Leading on the delivery of wider employee-facing events, mainly virtual events, rehearsing scripts with speakers, and facilitating Q&A sessions Advising on comms strategy and planning for change and transformation communications These are the essential you will need to get an interview:
3+ years of experience in multi-channel internal communications, delivering compelling stories that resonate with employee audiences by conveying complex messages in easy-to-understand, action-oriented, and engaging language Strategic internal communications and executive communications expertise to drive the company's strategic plan, business outcomes, and Employee Value Proposition across global communications Leadership in global, live employee events, including workshopping and rehearsing scripts with speakers, facilitating Q&A, and tracking feedback to drive improvements Strong understanding of global communication dynamics, including cultural sensitivity and time zone considerations Experience measuring the impact of business communications to demonstrate success and ROI Experience writing for diverse audiences, with a considered approach to different target groups and cultural differences Strong editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail Familiarity with content management systems and digital platforms used for workplace communication Behavioural competencies
Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor to plan and deliver best-practice communications Ability to navigate ambiguity and think strategically, particularly during periods of change, providing clear guidance to senior leaders and their teams Excellent oral and written communication skills A collaborative, energetic approach, working with the wider IC team to manage global channels Confident to take the lead on projects, working autonomously when needed and at pace Highly organised and capable of working across multiple projects simultaneously, and re-prioritising according to business need and time-sensitivity It would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't:
A degree in marketing, communications or an adjacent area desirable but not essential A considered approach to different target audiences and cultural differences, incorporating nuances into messaging to help maximise the relevance and impact of communications and in support of the business' D&I strategy For roles based in New York, Colorado or Washington State, the base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000.00 - $85,000.00. Compensation offered will be determined by multiple factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation and additional benefits. All US based full time employees are eligible for the following benefits:
