Your new role Digital Science seeks a data-driven marketing leader to develop and scale its performance marketing strategy across five market segments. The Senior Director will set the strategic vision for full-funnel growth, overseeing planning, execution, and optimization of demand programs. This role involves driving awareness, engagement, and revenue through complex B2B and fast-paced B2C customer journeys, ensuring measurable results at every funnel stage. This high-impact role is ideal for a marketing leader experienced in dynamic environments, capable of balancing strategy and tactical execution. You will lead a results-oriented team, collaborating with Sales, Product, Segment Marketing, Revenue Operations, and external agencies to execute AI-enhanced campaigns based on customer insights and data. The candidate should have expertise in multi-channel acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and analytics, with a focus on scalable growth engines powered by personalization and experimentation. What you’ll be doing Pipeline Ownership & Demand Strategy:
Own demand generation efforts, ensuring pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue across B2B and B2C segments. Develop quarterly and annual plans with target audiences, channel mix, budgets, and growth goals, aligning with GTM priorities and brand positioning. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution:
Collaborate on targeted campaigns across search, social, email, and paid channels. Define KPIs and optimize campaigns using real-time insights, leveraging AI for segmentation, targeting, and forecasting. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
Implement ABM strategies for high-value accounts using AI-driven signals, and monitor account-level activity to influence B2B buying processes. Content, Product, & Creative Integration:
Work with marketing and product teams to develop assets aligned with personas, ensuring creative best practices and platform compliance. Audience & Consumer Insights:
Use data to anticipate needs, uncover segments, and enhance personalization across business and consumer cohorts. Funnel Optimization & Marketing Operations:
Partner with RevOps to improve lifecycle programs, lead quality, and pipeline velocity, integrating CRM and marketing automation tools. Develop dashboards for campaign performance insights. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across functions. Continuous Improvement & MarTech Innovation:
Stay updated on marketing and AI trends, evaluating new platforms and technologies to expand reach and ROI. Lead the team’s learning agenda and stakeholder communications. Budget Management & Forecasting:
Manage marketing budgets, providing ongoing reports on spend, demand, CAC, ROAS, and contribution to pipeline and revenue. What you’ll bring to the role 12+ years in performance marketing or demand generation, with proven success in B2B and B2C acquisition. Experience in multi-channel campaign planning and execution with strong ROI impact. Deep knowledge of ABM, lifecycle marketing, and full-funnel strategies for enterprise and consumers. Proficiency with marketing tech stacks like Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills with a KPI-driven approach, able to interpret and communicate data insights effectively. Experience with AI-powered marketing tools for personalization and predictive analytics. Excellent stakeholder communication skills, capable of working with teams and leadership. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, action-oriented approach in fast environments. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; certifications in ABM, digital strategy, or analytics are a plus.
