Overview
Do you thrive on performing in a fast paced environment where your actions will directly impact a billion dollar business with global reach? Do you want to lead initiatives that will have a significant impact to Amazon’s customer experience and bottom line?
The Creators organization at Amazon is looking for talented Software Development Engineers with a passion for building bar-raising CX experience for Amazon Creators and customers to help us re-imagine social shopping! Our team owns the Amazon Influencer Storefront which is a customer-facing page where influencers can manage their presence on Amazon—it vends their shoppable photos, videos, idea lists, and gives influencers the tools to customize their individual pages to fit their brand. Storefronts are the main pages that customers are driven to from onsite experiences (e.g., homepage widgets, Amazon Live) and offsite social media accounts (e.g., Instagram Stories, TikTok). It is the singular destination where customers expect to discover content and product recommendations from their favorite influencers.
Amazon and Associates Program are growing at an incredible rate. To keep up with that growth we are working on delivering a new enhanced Storefront vision. We envision Storefront to be the primary destination for customers, creators, and publishers to maintain their content and presence on Amazon, where everyone can engage with one another, share recommendations, discover new products, and gain inspiration as they shop. Successful candidates need to be creative, innovative, flexible, self-directed, able to design and write reliable, maintainable and high-performance code. You must be able to deal with ambiguity, make data-driven decisions, multi-task and deal with complexity.
This role will have a profound impact on millions of creators across the world. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, know how to deliver, have high customer obsession, highly innovative, and long for the opportunity to build pioneering solutions to challenging problems, this role is for you.
